• Send DM notifications for important events (e.g., invite rewards)
• Enforce bans and moderation actions

All Bot data is stored in JSON files on our secure hosting servers. We do not use external databases or cloud storage services for user data.

• Only authorized bot processes can access data files

6 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Limited data sharing occurs only in these cases:

• Discord API — Required to interact with Discord (user IDs, server info)
• AI Service Providers — See Section 7 below
• Legal Requirements — If required by law, court order, or to prevent harm
• Discord Trust & Safety — To report ToS violations, if necessary

7 AI Services & Processing

The Bot uses AI models (such as Groq, OpenAI-compatible APIs) to generate content. When you use AI-powered commands:

• Your prompt/request is sent to the AI provider for processing
• AI providers may temporarily process this data to generate a response
• We do not permanently store your AI prompts or responses
• AI providers have their own privacy policies (which apply to their processing)

8 Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our services:
