1 Acceptance of Terms

By adding AI Server Builder to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server and stop using its services.

2 Eligibility

To use this Bot, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord)
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Agree to and comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• Agree to and comply with Discord's Community Guidelines

3 Description of Service

AI Server Builder is a Discord bot that provides the following services:

• 🔐 AI Permission Management — Analyzes and configures channel permissions

• 🎁 Reward Code System — Redeemable codes for credits
• 🔗 Invite Rewards — Earn credits for inviting members
• 📊 Analytics & Statistics — Usage tracking and insights

4 Credits & Rewards

💰 Virtual Currency

The Bot uses a credit system to enable certain features:

• Credits are virtual, non-monetary items with no real-world value
• Credits cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
• Credits are non-transferable between users
• Credits may be earned through daily codes, invite rewards, or other in-bot activities
• Credits may be revoked at any time for policy violations without refund

🎁 Reward Codes

• Codes may have expiration dates and use limits
• Codes cannot be sold, traded, or transferred
• Attempting to duplicate, hack, or exploit codes may result in a permanent ban

🔗 Invite Rewards

• Users earn credits for each unique member who joins the support server via their invite
• Self-invites, alt accounts, and fake invites are strictly prohibited
• Rejoining members do not count as new invites
• Bot accounts do not count
• Fraudulent invite activity will result in credit removal and possible ban

5 User Conduct

You agree to use the Bot in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You are solely responsible for:

• All actions taken by the Bot in your server at your request
• The content generated by AI features that you deploy
• Managing your server's permissions and settings after Bot changes
• Ensuring compliance with Discord's ToS in your server
• Protecting your account and not sharing access with unauthorized users

6 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Bot to:

• ❌ Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• ❌ Create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• ❌ Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against other users
• ❌ Create servers designed for scams, phishing, or fraud
• ❌ Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or overload the Bot
• ❌ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse Bot commands
• ❌ Farm credits through fake invites, alt accounts, or exploits
• ❌ Resell Bot access or credits for real money
• ❌ Impersonate the Bot's developers or staff
• ❌ Use the Bot to create NSFW content targeted at minors
• ❌ Circumvent bans, rate limits, or other restrictions
• ❌ Use the Bot to spam, flood, or DDoS servers

7 Bot Permissions

The Bot requires certain Discord permissions to function properly:

• Manage Channels — To create, edit, and delete channels
• Manage Roles — To create and assign roles
• Manage Server — To view invites and manage settings
• Send Messages & Embed Links — To respond to commands
• Read Message History — For ticket transcripts
• Create Instant Invite — For the invite rewards system

By granting these permissions, you authorize the Bot to perform these actions in your server. You remain responsible for all changes made by the Bot at your request.

8 Data Collection & Privacy

The Bot collects and stores the following data:

• Discord user IDs and server IDs
• Command usage statistics
• Credit balances and transaction history
• Server snapshots (channel/role configurations)
• Ticket transcripts (until manually deleted)
• Invite tracking data

9 AI-Generated Content

The Bot uses AI models (including third-party AI services) to generate content:

• AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or appropriateness
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before deploying them to your server
• We are not liable for damages caused by AI-generated content
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected, biased, or inappropriate results
• Users must ensure AI-generated content complies with Discord ToS

The Bot is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or availability of the service

We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available 24/7 or that features will always work as intended.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for any reason
• Remove the Bot from any server that violates these Terms
• Delete user data associated with banned accounts
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (in whole or in part) at any time

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your servers.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were made.
